Teledermatology:

Tele-Dermatology report services are a new way of hosted model.

We have an in-house GMC registered dermatologist in our system and they are living in the UK.

We are providing report services for all kinds of skin problems and reports will be delivered within 24 to 48 hrs.

How does it work?

• By clicking the subscribe button your practice has been set up.

• You will get 2 user login details i.e 1.GP login and 2. Telemedicine Nurse login

• We will send dermoscope and digital webcam on request or you can use your own cameras.

• The Appointment booked in systemOne or EMIS for the patient to treat the skin problem.

• The Patient searched(If it is interfaced or already registered) or registered in MeddApp using NHS number which will take less than a minute.

• When the patient arrived, the symptom added and the image was taken through dermoscope and webcam.

• Clinical summary or history added or recorded 

• The specialist name selected to refer.

• Urgency and the outcome wanted to be selected

• Submit referral, at the point the specialist will get alert and also a link with code sent to the patient through SMS to track their referral using MeddApp mobile app

• The specialist will see the images and clinical summary then make the outcome. 

• When the outcome made, you, GP, and the Patient will get the alert messages by email and SMS.

• Login to MeddApp and see the outcome.

• The GP can give a diagnosis and prescription based on a specialist outcome or refer to a specialist for another opinion.

• The patient can log in anywhere in the world and upload the new images, symptoms if requested for the follow-up by a specialist.

• We also send dermlite and adapter to the patient if they requested.

• Our streaming and compression technology allowing us to display 4k quality images to the specialist. 

• App on IOS and Android for both patient, GP, and Specialist.

• Face to Face video consultation appointment booked, at the point, the specialist will get alert and also a link with code sent to the patient through SMS to attend the video consultation.

• Reminder sends to the patient and specialist prior to the appointment date and time.

• The patient attended the video consultation from home through their mobile app and the consultant make the outcome.

• When the outcome made, you, GP, and the Patient will get the alert messages by email and SMS.

• Login to MeddApp and see the outcome.

• The GP can give a diagnosis and prescription based on a specialist outcome or refer a specialist for another opinion.

• The patient can log in anywhere in the world and upload the new images, symptoms if requested for the follow-up by a specialist.
